1. What is SMS Interceptor ?

Sms Interceptor is a software designed to work on mobile
phones.

If installed on the Target Phone Unit, it will automatically
intercept all sms 'Sent' and 'Received' by this Target Mobile
phone unit installed with the software and secretly send
these messages to another pre-defined mobile phone number.

2. Are the Intercepted messages recorded in the -
'Message Sent' folder? What is the "Target Phone" ?

No, all messages intercepted and sent will have no
record whatsoever in 'Message Sent' folder or any
other folder in the target phone unit.

The "Target Phone" is the mobile phone which you
wish to spy on. This "Target Phone" should be registered
during the purchase process.

4. Does it work automatically?

Yes, the software works automatically upon phone
boot and does not require any intervention from
the phone user.

5. How can I configure the settings?

All settings are done via sms. A user manual is included
in the purchase. With just one sms, you can make the
software Intercept all "Received" sms only, all "Sent"
sms only, all "Received" and "Sent" sms or even shut
down entirely the software anytime you want.

You can easily make the software make online anytime
again with just one command sms sent to the Target Phone.

A user manual will be available to all clients.

6. Are there any application icon in the phone menu folder
that the user can click to open the Sms Interceptor software
that will indicate that an Sms Interceptor was installed?

None. It does not have any application icon in the Phone
Menu that the user can use to open the Sms Interceptor
Software.

Nobody will know that Sms Interceptor Software
was installed. It feels and functions like ordinary mobile
phone.

7. What settings can be configured/re-configured?

The following can be configured/re-configured via sms:
turnng the software 'On' or 'Off' , changing the number
where intercepted sms are re-sent and so on.

8. How will I know who sent the sms that was intercepted
by Sms Interceptor?

All messages intercepted by the software includes the
name and the number of the original sender or recepient.

9. How much does one sms intercepted message cost?

All messages intercepted by Sms Interceptor are treated as ordinary sms messages. Thus, the cost depends on the
regular cost of sms messages charged by phone companies.

We greatly encourage users to use sim which is from the
same phone company from that of the Target Phone's
phone company.

10. Can I try the software before I purchase?

Yes, just go to the Download page and select your
appropriate Trial Version. Please be informed that the
Trial Version has the following limitations:

A. Does not Start-up automatically.
B. Will intercept up to five messages only.
C. It has an application icon.

To remove these limitations, please purchase a licensed
software.

11. How do I order and pay for it?

13. How long will I received my licensed software after
I paid for it.

Your licensed software will be sent to you via e-mail
within 24 hours days upon receipt of payment excluding
Sundays. 

14. How do I install the software?

After you received the software via your e-mail, you may download it from the computer into your phone via your
phone's usb data connector. When you purchase your
phone unit, it usually includes the usb data connector.

However if you have none, please check your local phone
dealer and inquire about it. It usually cost few dollars.

You may also download the software to your computer
then you may also just bluetooth the software to your target phone. You need a bluetooth device installed on your
computer to do this.

A detailed instruction on Installing the software is
enumerated in the User Guide.

15. Can I install the software to as many phones as
I pleased?

No. One licensed software will work and function only
on One (1) mobile phone unit which you registerd during purchased.

Upon purchase, you will be asked for your TARGET Mobile
phone's unique IMEI number. To know your target phone's
IMEI, just press *#06# on that phone

The "TARGET PHONE" is defined as the mobile phone
you wish to spy on where our software will be installed.

16. Do I need to have physical/actual contact of the Target
phone where Sms Interceptor will be installed?

Yes. During installation, you must have actual physical
contact of the Target phone where the software will be
installed. After intsallation, configuring the phone's
settings may be done via remote sms only.

Remember that the software, Sms Interceptor should be
installed on the Phone which you wish to spy on and
not on your own mobile phone.

This "Target Phone" should be registered during
the purchase process using its own unique IMEI number.

To know your Target Phone's IMEI, just press on its
keypad the following *#06#

17. What is your Refund Policy?

We do not refund purchases under any circumstances
simply because of the following reasons:

1. Any claim that the licensed software did not work is
highly improbable and impossible to verify. Otherwise dishonest clients will just claim something and demand
refund even if it is really working.

Our licensed software once sent (via email) is no longer recoverable by us.

2. We offer downloadable Trial Version for prospective
clients to download and try on their Target Phone. If the
Trial Version works, we see no reason why the licensed software wont work either.

Please read the User Manual that comes with the download.
If the Trial Version did not work, just email us for support.

18. Can I use this software to spy on somebody?

Yes, only if you have the legal basis to do so such as
Court Orders or Special Laws or if you are a Law Enforcer
agent with special orders or privilege to spy on somebody.

You are forwarding sms with non-Latin characters (for instance: Chinese or arabic ).

You need to send command "SApassword E0" to use UCS2 encoding. SApassword E0 command must be in Capital Letter.

20. Until when can I use this licensed software?

Forever. Unlike others, your licensed software is yours
to use forever.

21. How is my purchase guaranteed?
